Mr. Matsui participates in Farnborough International Air Show in the UK

The Farnborough International Air Show, held every two years in the London suburb bearing its name, opened on 16 July 2018. Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation, which is currently manufacturing its Regional Jet (MRJ), in conjunction with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as its main shareholder, conducted a flight display of the MRJ90. The aircraft, featuring the ANA signature exterior design as a prototype of a future deliverable, successfully completed its flight show.
Mr. Matsui, Representative of Japan on the Council of ICAO, accompanied by members of the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau, was amongst the audience to witness this achievement. The international event attracts many important industry stakeholders, including private Japanese companies, Boeing, to name a few. Mr. Matsui took the opportunity to visit with the President and other executives from the Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation.
